v0.2.0

Added a conf file and the ability to configure:

'protect-natural-breaks' - For things like digging holes / caves, defaults to true

'protection-erasure' - Breaking a user block erases the protection, defaults to true

'search-radius' - Radius of how far MyBlock should search for contentious blocks

Note: Requires this specific build of WatchFox
