DELETE YOUR CONFIG FOR THIS UPDATE

• Added a recipe for Chainmal armor (same as regular armor but uses fireballs).
• Added a recipe for mossy cobblestone (a piece of cobblestone in the middle of the crafting table with vines all around it.)
• Made the carrot on a stick recipe shapeless (configurable).
• You can now right click TNT to prime it (configurable with permissions; see permissions).
• Added a recipe for command block (Redstone in middle, cobblestone in the top middle, and stone everywhere else).
• Made colour codes (&) with modspeak and adminspeak commands.
