Added tons of new config options to everything so pretty much every aspect of every skill can increase/decrease with the player's level.
Added support for skill values to display in /skills (so you can see how much damage things do, etc).
New Skill! SkillDespair - AOE blind + damage
New Skill! SkillSummonItem - includes damage values
New Skill! SkillVoidBlade - passive chance to silence enemies as you attack
New Skill! SkillIcebrand - passive chance to slow enemies as you attack
Changed SkillWoof so that it tames the wolf it summons. (untested)
Changed SkillFalconPunch so that it has an optional explosion which can do optional block damage. (untested)
Changed SkillHunt so that it teleports you to the highest block instead of dropping you (less cpu performance impact)
Added smoke effects to SkillReborn, SkillBlaaze, SkillCreeper, SkillZombie, SkillCaveSpider, SkillSpider, SkillSkele, and SkillZombie
Renamed SkillBlaze to SkillBlaaze
