Multiple Scoreboards

--> Fixed the bug where you can't delete Custom scoreboards using the in-game command.
-> Implemented the Multiple Scoreboards API. Still needs testing, but I'm working on those tests (with a little bit of help :) ) and documentation for it. Expect that next version, most likely.

You can only mess around with the sub-command "objectives" or the sub-command "players" on the scoreboards you create. That's OBVIOUSLY going to be fixed.
