[+] - Added Metrics with ability to toggle them off.
[+] - Added Permission based HP - Now players can get their HP modified by using permission instead of groups (the group system is also still working) (Requested by @RedLight66).
[+] - Added Consumables - Now you can make players consume items in order for them to modify their HP, more on that in the plugin's main page (Requested by @_Burnt4023_ ).
[+] - Added a Tab completer - Comes in really handy when dealing with commands that require more than one argument.

[•] - Fixed an incorrect permission node - was "hp.gui" but the correct one should have been "healthpower.gui" (Reported by @Lee18 and @B-Bunny)
[•] - Added placeholder "%value%" for hp gui messages, indicating the value that has been added, removed or set to the total HP (%HP%)
