Mod Initialize Scoreboard

Client-side only; I might make another file for the server as well. This file is really great: when you load Minecraft, it deletes scoreboard.dat from the world's save folder, allowing mods to load without conflicts or risk of corrupting the world. It also allows you to load new mods into existing worlds, such as recipes, new entities, and much more (except for buildings that are already defined).
