Description:
Allows minecraft players to rate each others creating in the world through use of comments, ratings, and pattern language to identify certain structures to be re-used by others.

Spout client should be used by players as well.

URLFolder: Not used atm as Spout didn't really like to load big files this way
FileFolder: this is the location where screenshots will be saved and loaded from. Plugin needs to be able to write here, create files and folders etc.
Use:
Example situation: Player roams around the world and finds a structure made by someone he likes and wants to say something about it. Player simply types in /rate and GUI window popup up, allowing him to submit a comment about the structure.
There are a total of four types of comments - Design Comment, Design Critique, Pattern Usage, Pattern Critique. First two are general comments/critiques about something in the world, last two are related to a certain patterns in the database.
To add patterns, player can either use /rate window or go directly to patterns browser through /patterns window. Patterns can be related to each other, say Chair can relate to Furniture pattern etc. Also while in the /patterns window player will be able to see any comments/critiques submitted for a particular pattern and then view it.
