Update 3.2

Changes

• Single file build, no java version specific features used.
• Fixed duplicate listeners being registered, when using the /mhreload command, which cause duplicate scoring during hunts.
• Fixed players trying to join hunts in world without hunts.
• All MobHunt player commands now required the mobhunt.player permission.

• Plugin now disables properly if config.yml isn't configured correctly for worlds.
• Plugin now notifies console when not configured correctly, for undefined worlds and world settings
