• Removed the UpdateChecker Completely. Causes too many issues.

• New: Files have been added for Witches. They don't work 100% yet.
• Fix: Hunger is working again.
• New: You can now disable mobs on a per-world / per mob basis.
• Fix: Using new version of PluginMetrics
• Fix: % chance of effects happening appears to be working flawlessly.
• Fix: You no longer have to use /mobfx reload for the plugin to work. Actually works on startup now.

This update was rushed, it's been two months since an update and error reports came in. All of the new features were already implemented, all of the fixes have been added within the last 24 hours. Please file bug reports with a ticket.
