- Added lifespans to existing mobs when the plugin loads (uses "default" spawn reason/source [note: "default" should not be confused with "ANY"]).
- Added lifespans to mobs on chunk loading (also uses "default" spawn source).
- Minor refactoring of lifespan assignment stuff.
