Description
This Is an MineZ like plugin that separates chat on local and global chat. In global chat player can talk if they have an Eye Of Ender (Radio). Also if player has not enter the command /exit, he will killed on logout.

Features

Global and local chat
Global messages has prefix[R] (R for radius, if you didn't get that..)
Ops always talk in the global chat and has prefix [OP]
Kills player if does not run command /exit upon leaving.
Local messages are visible in distance of 30 blocks (configurable)

Installation
Put the .jar file in plugins folder and restart server!
