Fixed the bug where it would throw errors when there wasn't any plots to collect rent on.
No file-based DB still, but framework exists for it when I get around to it.
Rent/lease code implemented, need a way to EXIT a contract though.
THERE IS NO WAY TO STOP RENTING RIGHT NOW.
