Fixed a bit of a bug I forgot about that collects rent every 5 minutes regardless of whether it's actually been 24 hours since it was last collected.
No file-based DB still, but framework exists for it when I get around to it.
Rent/lease code implemented, need a way to EXIT a contract though.
THERE IS NO WAY TO STOP RENTING RIGHT NOW.
