Did a little fix number on the /estates goto command, now it takes you to the highest floor at the max X/Z of the region rather than just taking you to the top of the world. Unless there is no safe floor in the region, then it just takes you to the top of the world anyways.
rent/lease functionality remains to be implemented, still no file-based DB but allows mineestates its own mysql db rather than relying on worldguard's db.
