Changed storage method, the MySQL no longer relies on WorldGuard's MySQL database. WorldGuard can be installed without a MySQL database given MineEstates is allowed its own database. Added a /estates help <topic> command (unfinished, but there) Added threaded chunk updater for Lockette/Deadbolt signs in a region (updates all signs on region purchase) Changed world detection, estates commands only apply to regions in the same world as the user. World name no longer hard-coded. Added a config.yml to the installation, allows users to configure whether to use the WorldGuard MySQL database, or an independent MineEstates database.
/estates help is unfinished rent/lease functionality remains to be implemented
