* Bumped version to v1.0 as the plugin seems stable.
+ Added Minecron config reload command. [/minecron reload]
+ Improved plugin performance.
-> Task check that runs every 60 seconds is now async.
-> Minecron will only read from the config on a reload instead of whenever data is needed.
