Added the following features:
- Replacement-Tags in the config
- Automatic checking for updates
- added "/lottery help", and "/lottery reload" command
- Changed the system getting the random item, so it should work with Minecraft 1.7.2

- Made the code look nicer

- Added te possibility, to disable allowing the user to do lottery more than once a day.
