MineAI brings an OpenAI chat assistant into your paper server with the command /ai. The plugin contains permission-based  free and VIP tiers, admin controls, cooldowns, daily limits Tebex/Luckperms support, and safe async request handling.

A extensive config files allows for easy and extensive control for server admins, allowing to modify limits on free and vip permissions, easy modifications for the OpenAI integration, and more.

Designed to prevent spam/abuse of the AI, and if the server owner is not happy with the limits they can change them easily. Admins and OPs (whichever one you want, or both!) can be allowed permission to see peoples tiers and disable the use of the chat assistant, if there was spam or abuse.
