Added a check of the warnings when logging in! Can be disabled through config.yml Added a smiley after ./checkwarns and logging in. Can be configured through config

Using the enable and enable_smilies in the config /may/ break checkwarns. To correct the error if you do disable it, you'll have to delete the config and reload the server. You have been warned! (No pun intended)
