Meowballs!
Have you seen the Meowballs on the Hive? Do you want them available on your server? If so, then this is the plugin for you! Give a bit more fun to your players now with this simple plugin!
When a player throws a snowball, if they have the permission 'meowballs.use', it will become a meowball when it lands! A meowball shoots out particle effects (hearts, flames and smoke) and plays a cat sound to everybody near it. This could be a great perk for donators as it's fun but simple.
Commands
No commands are needed as it's very simple!

meowballs.use - Permission to use the meowballs.
