MentionNotifier lets your players know when they get mentioned in the chat. This is very useful when you are doing something else and someone mentions you in the chat. It plays a sound and gives you a notification in the chat so you can see where you are mentioned and who. If you find this annoying there is always the possibility to turn this off, the player can do this himself.

Enables a player to get notifications. Default is set to true

Sendsound: Set if users get a sound when mentioned. Overrides user settings.
Sendmessage: Set if users get a message in chat when mentioned. Overrides user settings.
Enablebydefauly: Does the user gets notifications by default or does the use have to enable them first?
In the config file is also located the settings for each user, this uses the UUID's of the players.
