What's new
- Removed the currently in development sub-plugin to Melooon code (well, its still their, but needs to be manually added)
- Added a way to load whole files into the censor list dynamicly
- Modified the mute number to allow '0' to disregard the muting of players
- Bugfixes
- New way of handling the censor list (faster)
