Medic allows you to manage players' health, hunger, and saturation levels with commands.

Medic is compatible with Bukkit, Spigot, Paper, BungeeCord, Waterfall, and many more server platforms. Additionally, it supports every version of Minecraft from 1.6 through 1.18!
The command interface is easy to use while being fully featured with the small details covered. With the /healthinfo (/med) command, you get all information regarding health, hunger, and saturation in a nice view that is simple, yet effective.
Each command uses a permission-based system that allows server admins to give players access to commands however they like! Fine-grained control supplementing the simplicity of these commands make the plugin enhance every server.
Medic is designed to be a lightweight (doesn’t slow the server too much) and responsive plugin so it can be relied upon even when the server is lagging.
