Added /mct purge: allows you to do a soft reload as far as RAM usage goes. Will reset all live active set choices. Added /mct convert: converts a WG region to a Territory of a specified town.
Unconfirmed, but I think that an exception will be thrown if you try to add a territory/district/plot without having anything selected.
