- Added more option to set messages

• The RewardMessage tag will no longer work, instead there is a block of messages in the Message tag
• RewardMessage has change to rewardsReady, and unableToGiveRewards, noRewards and noPermission have been added

- Improved the config so that item names can now be used. Enchantment names can also be used too.

- Added an optional time tag to the level sets, which overrides the default time, and sets a new default time for that level.
