Well the title is self explanatory . It heals you like the essentials plugin. But you don't need it! And also i've figured out how to add permissions:
THIS WILL CONFLICT WITH ESSENTIALS!

/heal <player>- heals you or a player
Permissions
system.heal - Permission to heal
