Simple property protection system, simply place a bed to protect its surroundings

- Save of protected areas to disk when modified by players
When a BlockPlaceEvent is cancelled (i.e. player attempts to place a second bed), the 2 block of the bed still appears to be placed. I believe this is a bug in Bukkit/Minecraft. See this issue in the github page and this forum post for more details.
