VAULT support, which means support for Permissions 3, bPermissions, PEX, GroupManager, PermissionsBukkit
implementing new config class, which allows writing and updated of config files
implementing new logger class, which allows cutting down on logging or making a lot more output
you will need to delete or rename your old config file otherwise you will get NPE
if you are using PEX, set preferVault to FALSE!!!!!!!
