First BukkitDev release, works with CB 1060 but aimed at the next RB with 1.8x support.

Will throw a benign exception at startup (regarding ENDER_PEARL) if you don't remove the "ender" spell from spells.yml (and you're not on 1.8 yet).

This can be ignored in the meantime.
