Magic Wands is a plugin that adds 5 fully functional Magic Wands to your server, one for each tool tier. There is one command

/givewand [player] [wandtype] - Gives the appropriate wandtype to the player provided. Wandtypes are Wood, Stone, Iron, Gold, and Diamond

and seven permissions,

MagicWands.* - Gives access to all the commands and wands.
MagicWands.woodwand - Gives permissions to use the Wooden Wand.
MagicWands.stonewand - Gives permissions to use the Stone Wand.
MagicWands.ironwand - Gives permissions to use the Iron Wand.
MagicWands.goldwand - Gives permissions to use the Gold Wand.
MagicWands.diamondwand - Gives permissions to use the Diamond Wand.
MagicWands.give - Gives permissions to use the /givewand command.

By default, these are all set to operators only. To use a wand you must hold the wand in your hand, sneak, and right click at your target.
WARNING: Some wands such as the Explosive and Lightning wands can cause serious damage, it is recommended you do not use them inside buildings you wish to keep, and it is also recommended you do not give permissions to use these to people you don't trust. You have been warned.
NOTICE: This plugin is my first plugin, and will most likely have many features added. What to expect in the future,

GUIDE
This is how to install,

Download the .jar
Drag it into the plugins folder of your server.
Restart the server.
Profit.

These are the uses of each wand,

Wooden Wand - Strikes lightning at the target.
Stone Wand - Causes an explosion at the target.
Iron Wand - Spawns an Iron Golem at the target.
Golden Wand - Sets the target on fire.
Diamond Wand - Sends the target to the depths of the void.
