GlowPlug - Make players glow!

Commands:

• /GlowPlug - Display plugin information.
• /Glow <Player> - Make yourself glow, or a player (Toggle Command).
• /GlowAll on/off - Make everyone on your server glow or not.

Permissions:

• GlowPlug.Glow - Allows players to use /Glow
• GlowPlug.GlowAll - Allows players to use /GlowAll
