GlowPlug - Make players glow!
Commands:
- /GlowPlug - Display plugin information.
- /Glow <Player> - Make yourself glow, or a player (Toggle Command).
- /GlowAll on/off - Make everyone on your server glow or not.
Permissions:
- GlowPlug.Glow - Allows players to use /Glow
- GlowPlug.GlowAll - Allows players to use /GlowAll
