LucidMOTD allows you to set the Message Of The Day in-game. This plugin uses two simple commands:
/setmotd [motd] and /setmotdcolor [color]
A list of colors you can use are: black, aqua, dark_blue, dark_aqua, dark_red, gold, gray, dark_gray, indigo, green, aqua, red, pink, yellow, and white.
