What is it?
Lotto22 is a command based lottery game for your Minecraft server, it is meant as a minigame type of plugin to add some more fun to a vanilla Minecraft. Any player can simply type "/lotto" and a message will be broadcasted into chat saying either "Winner" or "Loser". What you, the owner, does with the mechanic will change it's function. Each week prizes could be given away to lucky players on your server or it can just be a fun command to use when seeing how lucky you really are. The chances to win are quite slim, so you better be lucky.
How to install:
Drag jar into plugins folder
Command:
/lotto- a message is broadcast, either "winner" or "loser" into the chat
