- Added an example lotteries.yml on github.
- Removed chunk load check on sign updates. Unknown on whether this actually fix sign freezing. May throw an error (Don’t worry though, it won’t crash your server).
- lottery.basic.* now defaults to everyone, all other permissions must be added to a player’s permissions.
