What's new

-Now moving to release build

-Some code reworking

-lang.properties now auto-updates on every restart. Don't worry it will keep your values if you have changed them

-Players will now only see lotteries that they can access to when using '/lottery list' (ex: towny, worlds)

-Works with the current CraftBukkit version for 1.11.2 (Unsure about previous versions)

-Also works with most current builds for Vault, NuVotifier, Towny
