What's new
- Changed Attack Speed to 10ths of a second. I suggest adding the base delay to 30 for 3 seconds.
- Fixed HP decay from craptastic coding.
- Made it so 1 health = 1 HP again instead of 1 Heart. ( so +5 Health = 2.5 Hearts )
