- full migration to Minecraft 26.2 completed for Paper, NeoForge, and Fabric.
- build and dependency stack updated to current versions, with Java 25 required across all targets.
- added persistent ban-list management commands: `/lr banlist`, `/lr banlist add <item|REGEX:...>`, and `/lr banlist remove <item|REGEX:...>`.
- added Fabric configuration and brought its gameplay flow, commands, safe teleports, lives, scoreboards, swaps, and localization closer to platform parity.
