Simple and fun! Use fishing rods to be "pulled" to a location, just like the Longshot tool from the Legend of Zelda. Super-simple and lightweight design: No commands, no config, and two permissions.
Don't be afraid to donate a little (top-right); college kids need cash ;)

Actually moves you through the air; no teleporting
Does NOT interfere with normal fishing / mob hooking
Does NOT damage the rod with each use by default (see permissions)
Commands
None

longshot.use: Use Longshot. Default: true
longshot.use.durability: Use fishing rod's durability. Default: false
Configuration
None
Installation
Download the latest Longshot .jar file.
Remove any previously existing "Longshot-x.y.z.jar" from your server's plugins directory.
Move the new Longshot .jar file into your server's plugins directory.
Reload your server's plugins ("/reload") if it's already running, or start the server if it isn't.
Set permissions if you want.
If you changed the permissions, reload your permission plugin's config (probably "/perms reload").
Longshot uses PluginMetrics to gather statistical data (available at MCStats). To disable statistics gathering server-wide, edit the "plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml" file, and set "opt-out" to "true".
Longshot is compiled for Java 7. If you get an error in your logs similar to "Unsupported major.minor version 51.0", then you need to upgrade Java!
