UPDATE:
Forgot to include the spawn function
- /loginpremium set spawn - will set the spawn to your current location
- /loginpremium set usespawn - will define if were using spawns

Also made it so if you type: "/lp s usespawn" without true or false, it will toggle the value

- Added towny support
- <townname>", returnrs the real town name
- <towntag>", returns the tag of the town
- <towntitle>", return the title of the player in the town
- <nationname>", the name of the nation
- <nationtag>", the tag of the nation
- <surname>", the surname of the player
- <friendsonline>", get a list of townly friends online

- fixed some spaces between tags
- added the option to kick a player when a VIP joins, or not
