Fixed Permissions

Now the plugin controls if a player has the specific permission before using the command.

Fixed teleport to other waypoint

Now when you teleport to another player's waypoint it doesn't give a "NullPointerException".

Fixed Menu

Now you can't take the items by shift-clicking.

Fixed crushes or invalid input

/luc remove and /luc edit no longer crush when you insert an invalid waypoint.

Fixed silent database failures

If the database crushes, the plugin will be disabled and the error will be displayed on the console.

Migration Fixed

The YAML-to-SQLite migration now completes before commands become available.
