LockSmith
This plugin will allow players to create locks for devices and containers.
Locksmith will allow a player to craft a lock by consuming valuable blocks. The usable blocks and the max lock strength will be configurable by the admin as well as what objects can be locked. For a player who is not the owner of the chest to unlock the chest they must use a equal value of material within the allotted time. At the end of that time the lock resets to full strength. The owner may place a sign on the chest, allowing for up to four additional players to have access to the chest.

- When a player locks a item add protections to prevent breaking.
- Get config set up with all predefined variables and preset a basic set of values.
- Set permissions to allow for ability to craft a lock, pick a lock, and ability to bypass locks.
- Set additional owner ability for locks.
- Set up admin locks
