• Updated for Bukkit Changes since last release.
• Removed old Item/Search classes, now fully using the Vault interfaces.
• fix shopinfo command displaying incorrect number of items sold
• added a fake BlockBreak check to make sure players attempting to create shops don't do so in regioned/guarded areas.
• fix to how threads are handled
• removed ability to load old localshops data
• removed old stats tracking
• added a few more localization strings

• There are bound to be some bugs still, please report accordingly.
• Transaction information is still dumped to player all at once, it will be redone if there is enough interest.
