Locality

Features

• Adds several new chat channels
• Chat is Local by default, has a configurable radius
• /g for Global, can be seen by entire server
• /h for Help channel, can only be seen by staff
• /gh for Global-Help, ask for help from anyone (useful when no staff are on)
• /s for Staff chat, can only be used and seen by staff members
• Shows the channel of a message with a prefix (e.g., [L] for Local, [S] for Staff).
• Local, Global and Global-Help have configurable timeouts (in seconds)
• Configure different timeouts for VIP users and staff members
• Change the colors of each channel
• Supports prefixes and suffixes from PermissionsEx
• Use permissions to set who can use each channel

Caveats

Don't use EssentialsChat with this. It overrides the Local chat and may cause other problems.
