The Configuration file is a bit failing at the moment,
it will generate a configuration file but not as i want it so you can't see what to do with it
open your configuration file in a text editor (Recommended Notepad++) and then remove all content
and post everything below:

#Enable / Disable Commands! true = enabled & false = disabled
