How to install:
- Download the JAR file
- Put it on "/plugins" folder
- Give permissions to player you want
- Restart server
- Done!
Configuration

Commands and permission nodes:
- /lightningeffect on/off - lightningeffect.self - To use lightning effect on yourself./To turn off the lightning effect.
- lightningeffect.auto - Gives users the lightning effect when the join the server.
