LightningRod
You can hit a block within 200 blocks of your position. Be sure to add the permission node "lightningrod.allow" as you need this for the lightningrod to be enabled. This is a plugin which can be used for fun at the moment but will become more serious over time.
To use this plugin all you do is put your cross-hair on the block you want to hit then left/right click. This will make lightning strike that position.
