A lightning bow that summons lightning on any player if they are 20 or more blocks away from you

Features
- A custom crafting recipe
- Lightning is summoned on other players when the shooter is 20+ blocks away
- A message when another player is hit who is 20+ blocks away
Commands
- /customitem help
- /customitem <item name> [optional player]
- Alias: /ci
Currently Available Items
- Lightningbow (or LBow)
Permissions
- customitem.command - To use anything related to /customitem
- customitem.command.lightningbow - Give yourself the Lightning Bow
- customitem.command.giveother - Give someone else a custom item
