Lifestones

Lifestones are devices that players can attune to. When they die they're resurrected at the last lifestone they used.
What's new
- Added optional per world attunement, players who die in nether will appear at their nether lifestone, ect.
- Added portuguese translations. Server admin has to set the localeFile option to "ptBR.yml"
* Made some table changes for per world attunements, please report errors.
