- Added abilily to prevent item level loss on xp loss ( setting: playerKeepItemLevelOnXPLoss ) - Added most localisation items (see default config) - Added better support for Factions - Better increased list display - Lots of niggly bug fixes

Currently can't edit factions in the rule from command line. Just edit them config.yml
Currently cant edit Actions from command line.
You may need to delete existing config to get new settings when updating
Need to comment up the code. Still having too much fun to let that slow me down :P
