What's new
- Added: Option to reset maximum health on level change (maxHealth.reset.levelChange). This will make your maximum health directly dependent from a players level: If they loose levels (e.g. enchanting), their maximum health will decrease, too.
- Added: Options to disable command and change messages (commands.*)
- Added: Support for Bukkit 1.6.4!
- Improved: Version checking for development builds
